Delete Your Account & Data

MythicEcho lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time — directly inside the app, or by sending us a request. This page explains both methods, exactly what gets deleted, and how long anything takes to fully disappear.
MythicEcho is operated by Tailor Made Innovations LLC. MythicEcho is an AI photo app: you upload one or two selfies, and we transform your clothing and scene into a chosen archetype while keeping your face. You can sign in anonymously — no email or name is required to use the app.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
In MythicEcho
- Open MythicEcho.
- Go to Settings (the gear / settings entry).
- Scroll to Delete account & data.
- Confirm in the dialog (“This permanently deletes your account, photos, transformations and remaining credits. This cannot be undone.”).
Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out. Because deletion is final, any unused in-app credits are forfeited and are not refundable.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email / web
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot reach Settings, email us and we will delete your account and data for you.

Send a message to support@mythicecho.app with the subject “Account deletion request”.

To help us locate your account, please send your request from inside the app where possible, or include any details that identify your account (for example, the device you used and an approximate date of use). We will confirm by reply once deletion is complete. We aim to action verified requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following:

| Generated images | Every AI transformation we re-hosted for you. |
| Credits & ledger | Your remaining credit balance and full purchase/credit history. |
| Purchases | Records of your in-app purchase events (receipt metadata). |
| Consents | Your logged consent to AI processing. |
| Reports | Any content reports you submitted. |
All of the above is removed together. Deleting your authentication account cascades to every related record (profile, generations, credit ledger, purchases, consents, reports) and your stored photos and result images are removed from private storage.
Retention timing
- Our systems (Supabase): your account, profile, photos, generated images, credits, purchase records, consents and reports are deleted immediately when you delete in-app (or when we action a verified email request, which we aim to complete within 30 days).
- Generated/uploaded media: images we store for you carry a short signed-link lifetime (about 7 days) even in normal use, and are removed when you delete your account.
- Our AI processor (fal.ai): the photo and prompt we send for processing are retained on their side for a limited window (approximately 7 days) and then expire.
- Content moderation (Hive): input and output images sent for safety checks (including child-safety / CSAM detection) are retained only as required by the moderation service and applicable law.
- Purchases (Apple / Google / RevenueCat): we delete the purchase records on our side. The app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) and our purchase processor (RevenueCat) keep their own transaction/receipt records under their policies and legal/tax obligations; those are controlled by the respective platform, not by us.
- Backups: data may persist briefly in encrypted, rolling backups before those backups age out.
A note on what we share
To create a transformation, your uploaded photo and a text prompt are sent to fal.ai (image generation) and your input/output images may be sent to Hive (content and child-safety moderation). Purchase events and an app user identifier are sent to RevenueCat (no photos). We do not sell your data, do not use advertising or analytics SDKs that sell data, and we do not collect health, location, or contacts data. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
