MythicEcho, operated by Tailor Made Innovations LLC
Last updated: 21 June 2026
MythicEcho lets you upload one or two photos of yourself and transform your
clothing and scene into a fictional archetype using AI image generation. This policy explains
what you may and may not create, upload, or share, how we screen content, how to report
something, and what happens when this policy is broken.
Draft for review. This document is a draft prepared for an upcoming app-store
submission and has not yet been reviewed by an attorney. It does not constitute legal advice.
Final terms are subject to qualified legal review before publication.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to everyone who uses MythicEcho. It covers:
the photos you upload as a source for a transformation;
the prompts and archetypes you select; and
the AI-generated images MythicEcho produces for you and that you save or share.
By using MythicEcho you agree to follow this policy. It works alongside our Terms of Service
and Privacy Policy. AI-generated outputs are labeled "Made with MythicEcho AI" so they
are identifiable as AI content.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not upload, generate, request, save, or share content that falls into any of the
categories below. This list is not exhaustive; we may act on content that violates the spirit of
this policy even if it is not specifically named.
Sexual and explicit content
Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit imagery.
Content that depicts or is designed to depict sexual acts or sexually suggestive poses.
Attempting to use the transformation tool to remove clothing, create nudity, or otherwise
sexualize a person.
Any sexualization of minors is strictly prohibited and is addressed separately in
Section 3 below under a zero-tolerance rule.
Violence and dangerous content
Gore, graphic violence, or content that glorifies, incites, or instructs violence.
Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or self-harm.
Hate and harassment
Content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes hatred against people based on race,
ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, sexual
orientation, or other protected characteristics.
Harassment, bullying, threats, or content created to demean, intimidate, or shame a
specific person.
Photos of other people without consent
MythicEcho is for transforming photos of yourself. Do not upload photos of
another identifiable person unless you have that person's clear, informed consent to upload and
transform their image.
Never upload a photo of a child or any apparent minor (see Section 3).
Do not create deepfakes, impersonations, or misleading depictions of real people, including
public figures, without authorization.
Intellectual property and trademark infringement
Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use.
Do not use MythicEcho to reproduce copyrighted characters, costumes, logos, emblems, or
other protected works, or to create content that infringes a third party's trademark or other
intellectual-property rights.
Our archetypes are designed as original, non-infringing styles; do not attempt to steer
outputs toward a specific protected character or brand.
Other prohibited uses
Fraud, scams, or impersonation.
Attempts to bypass, defeat, or probe our content-moderation systems.
Any use that violates applicable law or the rules of the app stores through which
MythicEcho is distributed.
3. Child safety — zero tolerance for CSAM
MythicEcho has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any
sexualization of minors — whether the imagery is real, AI-generated, or AI-modified.
You may not upload, generate, request, save, or share any content that sexualizes, exploits,
or endangers a child or any apparent minor, in any form. You may not upload a photo of a child
or apparent minor as a source image for transformation.
Reporting to authorities. When we become aware of apparent child sexual
abuse material on our service, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited
Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline, consistent with our obligations as a provider under
U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and we preserve the related material as required by law.
We cooperate with NCMEC and with law-enforcement authorities. We also act on the offending
account, including immediate and permanent termination.
A dedicated CSAM-detection lane (powered by Hive's CSAM Detection service) runs before
any other processing and is independent of our general moderation. There is no warning and no
second chance for this category.
4. How moderation works
MythicEcho screens content automatically at two points in every transformation:
Input screening — the photo you upload is checked before we spend any
credit or send it for transformation.
Output screening — the AI-generated result is checked before it is shown to
you, saved, or shared.
Screening runs on two parallel lanes:
A zero-tolerance child-safety lane using Hive's CSAM Detection service,
which runs first and hard-blocks any apparent match (see Section 3).
A general visual-moderation lane using Hive, which screens for the other
prohibited categories above (sexual content, violence, hate, and similar).
Fail-closed by design. If our moderation systems are
unavailable or a check cannot complete, the transformation is blocked rather than
allowed. To process your photo, we share the uploaded image and a text prompt with our
image-generation provider (fal.ai), and we share the input photo and output image with Hive for
moderation. See our Privacy Policy for full details on third-party processors and data
retention.
Automated moderation is not perfect. It may occasionally block content that is allowed, or
miss content that is not. Human review and the reporting process below supplement automated
screening.
5. Reporting content
Every generated image in MythicEcho has a "Report this image" control. Tap it,
choose a reason, and submit:
Inappropriate or unsafe content
Copyright / depicts someone else
Other
Our review commitment: we aim to review reported content within
24 hours. Reports flagged as potential child-safety violations are prioritized
and handled under Section 3.
You can also email us directly at
support@mythicecho.app to report content, report a
user, or raise a concern — including a request to remove an image that depicts you or infringes
your rights.
6. Enforcement
When content or conduct violates this policy, we may take any of the following actions,
depending on the severity and circumstances:
Block the transformation or refuse to generate the requested image.
Remove or disable access to the offending image.
Issue a warning.
Suspend or permanently ban the account and block the user from the service.
Preserve relevant data and report to NCMEC and/or law enforcement, as required for
child-safety violations and other unlawful activity.
For the most serious categories — child sexual abuse material above all — enforcement is
immediate and permanent, with no warning. We may take action without prior notice where required
by law or to protect users.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app, or via
mythicecho.app/delete-account. Deleting your
account does not erase records we are legally required to preserve, such as material reported to
NCMEC.
MythicEcho is operated by Tailor Made Innovations LLC. We may update this policy from time to
time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
